Meet the Staff
Jane West
Hi, and welcome to our practice! I am our treatment coordinator, and I help our patients discover what orthodontics can do for them. I love the one-on-one personal communication and relationships I’m able to develop with patients and their families starting with the new patient consultation. I am also able to help answer any questions they have regarding insurance and finances. Patients love coming to our office because we love to laugh and have fun with everyone who comes in! At home, I love spending time with my husband, Steve, and our daughter, Heather.
Judy Payton
As our clinical coordinator, I get to help Dr. Gray with adjustments and patient care, and also manage office duties to make sure our practice runs smoothly. I enjoy getting to know our patients and seeing the end result, which is a beautiful smile! Dr. Gray is easy to work with because he is always positive and upbeat about his job and with patients. After work, I love spending time with my family, including my husband, three children and two wonderful grandsons! I also enjoy going to the beach as much as I can.
Julie Britt
I love working in our practice! The atmosphere is welcoming as soon as you walk in our doors. We also do fun things like contests that our patients love! Dr. Gray is a great orthodontist and I can trust that our patients will always receive the best care. I enjoy being the patient flow coordinator for such a great office, and love getting to know our patients and their families. At home, I spend quality time with my fiancé, Bill, and my four children.
Nancy Myers
I love working in the front office as our scheduling coordinator, because I get to communicate with our patients and parents, making them feel right at home. The younger patients love to pick out their favorite sticker each time they come in, and the parents and adult patients appreciate our dedication to quality care. The most amazing part of my job is looking at a patient’s beginning pictures and then seeing their progress in just a few months! When I am not in the office, I love camping and spending time outside with my two children, Kevin and Kari.
Angela Easter
I work in our practice as a laboratory coordinator, and I take dental records, perform adjustments, and do lab work to help our patients receive the very best treatments possible. When you come to our office, we will take care of you and make you feel right at home and welcome. Dr. Gray is very easy to work with and he’s very compassionate with his patients. After work, my husband and I enjoy riding our Goldwing motorcycle, especially in the mountains of north Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina.
Jessica Fenn
As an orthodontic assistant and office assistant, I love working with our patients both during treatment and at the front desk. I enjoy asking them questions to learn more about them and I always try to make them smile. I feel it’s important to establish a good relationship with each patient and address all concerns in a sincere manner. Our staff is like one big family, and we love including patients in our laughter and smiles. When I am not working, you can find me spending time with family and friends, taking care of my pets, or spending time with my wonderful husband, James.
